Although many were not fans of her dress, others quickly pointed out that she had modernized the Gilded Age theme with fabric and overall vibe but still met it with her gown’s silhouette. Hudgens styled her hair in an updo, keeping her beauty smoky and dark.
Vanessa Hudgens: Communicating With the Beyond
During her appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show last month, the actress revealed that she can see and communicate with ghosts, describing numerous paranormal encounters throughout her life.
She initially suppressed this ability due to fear of the unknown but has since accepted it as a gift. Hudgens expressed her decision to embrace this ability and explore it further.
“I’ve accepted the fact that I see things and I hear things,” the 33-year-old High School Musical actress said.

“I remember getting ready for school when I was 8 years old, and there was, like, you know those ducks that you pull [the string]? It’s a toy. There was one of those on the dining room table, and I started walking, and it just started going alongside me,” she added.
“The unknown is scary. But I recently was like, ‘No, this is a gift and something that I have the ability to do, so I’m going to lean into it.’”
“I kind of shut it down for a while because it’s scary. The unknown is scary. But recently I was like, ‘No, this is a gift and something that I have the ability to do, so I’m going to lean into it.’”
“Something about the electricity that it creates allows spirits to speak through it,” she said about using a “spirit box” to speak to spirits.

The American actress-singer was resplendent in a purple satin Vera Wang dress that wasn’t as creased as it should be.
I wonder what her secret is for keeping satin dresses from crumpling and wrinkling. I’m sure other celebrities would like to know, too.

My two cents on Vanessa Hudgens’ look: the pulled-back hair was a bit too harsh, the makeup was a little heavy, and the ties around the neck on the dress looked confusing.
But as for her shoes? Her sandals were just captivating:

The diamond cutouts look sexy, and the stiletto heel makes them even sexier.

Emily Blunt was also seen wearing these for the Los Angeles premiere of “The Wolfman” in February 2010.
