The Academy Award-winning actress recently jumped on the Bridgerton bandwagon after announcing via social media that she, too, is a fan of the show.
Sharing a throwback photo of herself from her 2002 movie The Importance of Being Earnest, Reese Witherspoon joked about her period costume dress and wrote in the caption: “Watches one episode of #Bridgerton.”
The TV period drama, created by Chris Van Dusen and produced by Shonda Rhimes, is based on Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton book series that you can buy on Amazon.
Released on Netflix on December 25, 2020, it has become the most-watched series on Netflix, with a record viewership of 82 million households in its first month.

That same day, Reese took a break from watching the series and stepped out to run some errands in Los Angeles.
