The 29-year-old actress stars in the new play, which marks her off-broadway debut, opposite Thomas Sadoski of The Newsroom. Directed by Leigh Silverman, the two-character play, which is “about love and lust and the whole damn thing,” is slated to run through June 14.

To celebrate the opening night of the play, Amanda wore a midnight blue-and-black floral brocade dress featuring wide shoulder straps and an A-line skirt that fell just right above her knees.
Amanda Seyfried styled her hair down and straight
I’m not a fan of this frock as it didn’t flatter the actress’ petite figure. She kept the rest of her look very simple without any fussy jewelry.

Amanda Seyfried finished off her look with a pair of black pumps by Christian Louboutin. She wore the “Maltaise” suede pumps featuring crossover straps with adjustable ankle straps, pointed toes, and about 4-inch heels.
