Lopez on Almost Starring in ‘A Star Is Born’
In an interview, Jennifer Lopez revealed that she and Will Smith almost took on the lead roles in the ‘A Star Is Born’ remake instead of Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga.
“Will and I talked about it, talked about developing the script,” J.Lo said during a new interview with Extra. “It just never… projects are like that.”
“I’m really proud of Bradley, one, for directing his first film,” she added. “We’re friends, and watching Gaga do her thing in the movie, it’s just great. It’s perfect. It happened. Just like this movie. Everything happens in its own divine timing.”
