Ever wonder what happened to Gossip Girl’s Jenny Humphrey?
We actually mean Taylor Momsen, the young How the Grinch Stole Christmas actress-turned-singer who, as far as we can remember, loved wearing raccoon eye makeup and was very fond of sporting nothing but a tee, gothic heels and underwear.

Well, here’s the thing. Taylor Momsen has resurfaced, and it looks like the girl has not changed. She has probably matured a bit and even wears a little more clothing than before, but she still likes the raccoon eyes.
We actually spotted her shooting a video alongside a Japanese pop star, Tomomi Itano, in New York yesterday.

She had on an all-black outfit (which wasn’t a surprise), but what caught our attention was her bright green color-block purse. It was so un-Taylor and more Jenny Humphrey.

That’s an elegant purse, don’t you think so? We love the green and navy combo; the structured shape gave the bag an elegant and ladylike feel.
It’s an odd addition to her outfit, but the mix made the tote stand out (which was probably the whole point of the video).
That said, we’re guessing that the bag is from some Japanese label. While we can’t tell you which one yet, let us leave you a cute color-block tote from Kate Spade if you fancy Taylor’s arm candy here.
