English fashion designer Stella McCartney was on hand at the event, where she served as the keynote speaker — making her the “first female keynote speaker in the event’s 11-year history.”
She donned a royal blue sleeveless mini dress with what appears to be a train and styled it with a matching clutch and a pair of platform oxfords from her own collection.

These iconic Stella McCartney oxfords are called “Paul,” perhaps named after the designer’s father, Sir Paul McCartney.
This is a one-of-a-kind style, featuring a smooth black vegan-friendly leather and 3-inch-high wooden wedge platforms with white shark-tooth rubber soles.

These Paul oxfords are no longer available, but we found a closely similar style in nude/coral pink and in navy with a star cutout design.
