After cycling to just one song at Akin Akman’s AARMY, a Los Angeles Spin studio, James takes over the class and starts to sing “Wannabe,” the 1996 debut single by British girl group the Spice Girls, of which his wife is still a member.
While initially skeptical of the song choice, the 45-year-old former soccer star enthusiastically joins in while riding his stationary bike.
After their cycling session, the two good friends went head-to-head in a boxing ring at Fortune Gym, a 1950s style gym in Los Angeles.
