Jessica Alba’s much awaited movie, ‘Sin City: A Dame to Kill For’, premiered at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles yesterday. As expected, many famous faces attended the screening — mostly people who are also part of the cast, such as Rosario Dawson, Jaime King, Bruce Willis, Josh Brolin, and Eva Green, to name a few. What was interesting to note was that while there wasn’t much shoe action at the event, there were three things that left a lasting (shoe) impression:
1. Jessica Alba and her shoes were the stars.
No doubt about it; Jessica was the belle of the ball last evening. She not only stood out in her cobalt blue satin frock from Zac Posen’s Resort 2015 collection, but she also impressed us by pairing the dress with equally stunning silver snakeskin open-toe mules. She carried a Lee Savage clutch and accessorized with jewelry from Chopard and Bvlgari.

A closer look at Jessica’s metallic snake-print sandals
While we don’t have any official confirmation yet on Jessica’s fancy metallic heels, we’d like to think that they’re a variation of these double-strap Giuseppe Zanotti slip-on sandals, which are currently available at Amazon in different materials, from gold snake to crystallized suede:

2. Jaime King’s pointy stilettos looked odd.
Jaime King looked stunning in her black asymmetrical Versace Resort 2015 gown at the premiere. She paired the floor-grazing frock with heels that were just as unique — pointy asymmetrical mules from Monique Lhuillier’s Fall 2014 collection. Sadly, the way her feet looked in the shoes was a little weird. She accessorized with long diamond pin earrings and toted a Jimmy Choo ‘Cloud’ clutch.

A closer look at Jaime’s PVC-paneled mules
Here are Jaime’s clear-paneled mules. Dubbed as “Arielle,” these slides are crafted from suede leather trimmed with PVC panels. We don’t have the purchase details as of the moment, but assume that the price for a pair will run on the high hundreds or low thousands. 3. Natalie Burn and Rocsi Diaz had a fashion showdown.
It was hard not to notice Rocsi Diaz and Natalie Burn at the premiere because the two had some kind of showdown with their outfits and very dramatic heels. Both ladies arrived at the theater in skimpy two-piece ensembles worn with look-at-me knee-high gladiator sandals.

We can’t say we love the outfits these two gals put together, but if we had to pick a winner, we’d probably go with Rocsi’s attire. Natalie’s chunky knee-high sandals look a little tacky for our taste. Rocsi’s pair, however, looks sexy.
If we’re not mistaken, those shoes are the Jimmy Choo “Keane” metallic elaphe sandals, an off-season style made of knotted rope material and gold snake-stamped leather.

For those who fancy Natalie’s brown sandals, here’s a pair from Tildon that’s worth considering at Nordstrom. These strappy heels look more sophisticated and polished, thanks to the absence of platforms.
