There were so many good looks, but also so many bad ones—the fashion styles at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards held in Las Vegas on May 19 were so all over the place that we’re not sure which ones to highlight. So, we thought we’d go with what was “interesting”—be it good or bad, or be it the shoes or the dress, these were the looks that caught our eye.
