The 69th annual Emmy Awards may have concluded a week ago, but we are still reeling from all the fantastic fashion on the red carpet. Matching ensembles seemed to be the theme of the night with stars such as Reese Witherspoon, Elisabeth Moss and Heidi Klum sporting the same color head-to-toe. Sarah Paulson outdid them all, in our opinion, with her gorgeous pick.
The actress sparkled in a silver, sequined Carolina Herrera creation straight from the New York Fashion Week runway. The backless midi featured short, puffed sleeves and hugged her petite frame perfectly. Sarah finished her look with stunning silver pumps from Stuart Weitzman, which looked similar to the brand’s “Curvia” pumps.

The 42-year-old star carried the color throughout with a Lee Savage clutch and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. She stepped on the Emmy stage this year to present the award for Best Actress in a Limited Series – an award she took home last year for her role as Marcia Clark in the FX show “The People vs. O.J. Simpson.”

A few days after the star-studded night, Sarah appeared on “Ellen” and received a number of spooky surprises. Since Sarah is regular on the well-known horror “AHS: Cult,” the talk show host thought it was necessary to “up her scare game.” Check out the hilarious clip below.
