Our favorite Australian actress, Samara Weaving, certainly made an entrance when arriving at the world premiere of The Valet held at The Montalban Theatre in Hollywood earlier this month.

The Valet centers around Olivia, played by Samara, who hires her valet Antonio to pose as her new boyfriend to cover up her affair with a married man.
We promise we won’t include any more spoilers in this must-see romantic comedy that’s a remake of the 2006 French film La Doublure.
Louis Vuitton at Its Best
Samara took to the red carpet alongside co-star Eugenio Derbez in a striking gown from the French luxury brand Louis Vuitton.

We love the embellished fitted bodice along with its leather accented straps. The semi-sheer chiffon skirt created balance, giving an almost goddess feel to her look.

Samara paired her gown with a pair of elegant, heeled black sandals and kept her jewelry to a minimum, opting for a pair of simple diamond earrings and a ring on each hand.

Besides her dramatic smoky eye, she kept her makeup natural and finished off her look by styling her hair away from her face in soft waves – we feel she looked every bit the star she is!
Nine Perfect Strangers – It’s All About the Fake Teeth!!
In the latest series, Samara plays Jessica Chandler, a lottery winner and social media influencer. Hulu has already renewed the David E. Kelley series for a second season.

The role, however, required a rather drastic transformation. In an interview with Digital Spy, Samara shared that her co-stars, including Nicole Kidman as Masha Dmitrichenko and Melissa McCarthy as Frances Welty, didn’t recognize her.
“The first day of filming, when we did the camera tests, I had lots of fake tan and really long nails. I had wire pulling my face up to help give me that facelift kind of look, and fake teeth. And the makeup team did an incredible job. [Makeup artist] Sian Howard really gave my lips that puffy look,”
She went on to say, “No one recognized me. My phone wouldn’t open when it saw my face. Regina [Hall] didn’t recognize me at all. She was like, “Who’s that?””
Fans around the world couldn’t stop talking about the transformation, which led to some hysterical tweets.

Although it’s been all about the teeth, Samara’s unrecognizable look took more than a pair of fake teeth to alter her look so dramatically.
Her usual blonde hair was taken a few shades darker, and the wire changed her features, as she says, giving her that face-lift look. Lots of fake tan, well, lots of fake everything! But when it came to the fans, it was her new teeth that caused a stir.
Speculation was rife – were they veneers? Were they fake? Well, it turns out these shiny white teeth were fake, and Samara admitted to having to carry a fake pair around with her every day.

But was Samara’s experience? In the same interview, she admitted, “Everyone’s reaction and their behavior shifted based on how I looked, even though they knew I wasn’t Jessica. That definitely helped me because it was so interesting seeing how other people perceived her and using that, you feel on display.”

This experience has definitely impacted Samara as she saw how easily people judge each other based on looks, and it helped her empathize with her character. We can’t wait to see what she’s up to next.
