Known for showcasing her bold personality through her clothing choices, Sabrina Carpenter typically blends classic and contemporary styles with a hint of edgy, seductive flair. But during the Grammy weekend celebrations, the 24-year-old actress switched up her style, surprising her fans with her elegant looks.
Sabrina Carpenter looked relatively modest when she showed up in a figure-hugging black dress at Clive Davis’ Pre-Gammy Gala at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday.
The stunning sleeveless gown, designed by David Koma, hugged every inch of the petite actress’ curves. It perfectly exemplifies the body-contouring silhouette associated with the London-based fashion designer.

A Closer Look at Sabrina Carpenter’s Glamorous Outfit Details
Sabrina’s sculptural dress was cut from a stretchy cady fabric that gracefully conformed to the curves and contours of her body. It featured a high neck, a thigh-grazing slit on one side, and a sweep train.
While it looked pretty basic, the crystal-embellished floral accent adorning the ruched side brought some glitz to the black dress and drew attention to the dramatic thigh slit.

Jason Bolden, who also styles Nicole Kidman, Storm Reid, Cynthia Erivo, and Vanesa Hudgens, put together an exquisite look for Carpenter. He kept her ensemble sophisticated with just a ring and boosted the 5-foot actress’ height with silver platform heels that showed off her white pedicure.
The same sandals she wore to the 2022 AMAs were made of metallic silver leather and fastened to her ankles with slim straps. They also featured open toes, height-boosting double platforms, and towering stiletto heels.

Behind the Glam: Sabrina Carpenter’s Beauty Routine for the Grammys
Scott King created Carpenter’s signature hairstyle. He fashioned her long, blonde hair in voluminous waves that cascaded over her bust.
Carolina Gonzalez gave Carpenter a stunning glam by prepping her skin with the Black Diamond serum, cream, and body cream from 111skin. She then applied Armani cosmetics to make her skin look more radiant and accentuate her features.
She used the foundation and concealer from the Luminous Silk line to even out her skin tone before applying the Luminous Silk Glow Liquid Bronzer in shades 90 and 100 for a sculpted look, the Luminous Silk Glow Blush 11 for a radiant and youthful flush, and the Luminous Silk Glow Setting Powder 7 for a flawless finish.
Gonzalez then used the Midnight Shadows Eyeshadow Palette from Ariana Grande’s r.e.m. beauty line and the Armani Smoothly Silk Eye Pencil 12 to add depth and accentuate Sabrina’s blue eyes. Her Velour Beauty Classic Velour X-tensions made longer using the Armani Eyes to Kill Mascara, further enhanced her look.
Finally, Gonzalez completed Carpenter’s glam with the Armani Lip Maestro in shade 207, which added a seductive touch to her look.

It also came with a v-shaped front cutout, an open back, and a scarf-draped halter neckline that could be worn down the back or on the front like a pussy bow. This stunning dress in a trendy red color is currently on sale for $518 (from $877) at Cettire.
Carpenter kept her jewelry to a minimum, styling her Jason Bolden-curated ensemble with thick silver hoops and a custom open ring featuring her initials.
