Pairing a dress with pants? It’s not exactly a new concept.
Emma Watson did it before at The Perks of Being a Wallflower premiere and again at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards. Even Kendall Jenner has taken a liking to the look. The more often we see a dress worn over pants, the more it makes sense.
The latest celebrity to join the dress-over-pants trend is Rita Ora. Let’s check out her take on this trend:

The 24-year-old singer and X Factor UK judge wore white Stella McCartney “Dakota” trousers and a white strapless dress from the same brand. She completed the look with white sandals and long earrings.

We never thought something as baggy as Rita’s pants would look alright with a dress, but surprisingly, this didn’t set off our alarm bells.
Although difficult to pull off, she made it work. The look is monochromatic, with very little accessorizing. Her simple hairdo and burgundy lips worked wonders.
