The skirt features a bold silhouette, with exaggerated hips and a snug fit on the thighs—creating a striking contrast. It’s puffy on the hips but tight on the thighs, and I’m sure it will look unflattering on someone who is less fit, but on Rihanna, it is just “purrrrrfect”!
