They’ve been together since 2020 and share two kids, RZA Athelston, born in 2022, and Riot Rose, born in 2023. Being a supportive partner to her baby daddy, Rihanna graced the front row at A$AP Rocky’s Paris Fashion Week debut show, where he presented his new clothing line, American Sabotage, under his creative agency, AWGE.
A$AP Rocky’s first-ever fashion showcase also served as a sneak peek at his new music. Most of the pieces showcased on the runway bore the tagline “Don’t Be Dumb,” referencing his upcoming album set to drop on August 30.

I wasn’t surprised to see Rihanna sporting an item from the collection—after all, she’s the rapper’s best walking advertisement. Naturally, she added her typical edgy flair to make the outfit uniquely her own.
Street-Chic: Rihanna Slays Summer Layering Trick
A testament to her signature edgy style, which blends different motifs from feminine to edgy, the Barbados National Hero wore a form-fitting white ribbed mini dress that showcased her toned legs. I’m not sure about you, but it appears to me like a more extended version of a classic white menswear tank top, and RiRi nailed it, no question.
Rihanna, who never backs from a color or design combination, wore the white dress underneath an army green American Sabotage mini skirt that resembled a deconstructed jacket. Rihanna positioned the hip-high slit in front to highlight the asymmetrical hem of her rib dress.
A soiled and tattered American flag lies beneath the khaki green skirt, echoing A$AP Rocky’s inspiration for the collection.
Rihanna also layered a burgundy puffer jacket from The Attico’s Spring 2024 collection over the dress to give the streetwear coverage and a sophisticated touch. It had a cropped length and contrasting white fur lining.

A$AP Rocky’s American Sabotage Clothing Line
The collection, described as “political satire,” criticizes the American Dream and explores the streets of New York City and A$AP Rocky’s “Ghetto expressionism.”
“America in itself has a lot of historical values… I’m putting light on my American story, my American horror story, my American story, my American sabotage,” Rocky said in an interview with HypeBeast. He added he would frequently watch people on the streets of New York and see individuals of all ethnicities and classes.
“I pull inspirations from all of that…refugees, incarcerations, mass incarcerations. I’ve been subject to all those things. I’m very familiar with all those things, and for me, this is just me sharing my ghetto expression.”

On his fashion presentation, A$AP Rocky told GQ, “It’s just me trying to encapsulate just all of my experiences, everything that I’ve learned, everything I’ve experienced about the social issues and the social climate of America. I think fashion is an expression. It’s to express how you feel. This is no different. I think each great creative director, designer, artists, they always have that fine balance between conceptualization and manifestation.”
Embracing Maximalism with Extravagant Bling
Although maximalism isn’t my style, I genuinely like how Rihanna adorned her look. As is customary with the singer, she topped off her already busy ensemble with more glitter, giving it an even more extravagant feel.
Three Suzanne Code cross necklaces encircled her neck: one in 18k yellow gold with a crucifix pendant set with round-cut natural diamonds, another in 18k white gold with four 2.19ct. fantasy-cut lab-grown diamonds, and another in 18k white gold with six 1.158ct. emerald-cut lab-grown diamonds.
The Bring It On: All or Nothing actress also added a Briony Raymond gold diamond collar necklace and adorned her ears with multiple Suzanne Code white gold and diamond earrings, enhancing the look’s edge.

Although she often kept her hands inside her jacket’s pocket, at one point, we saw her manicured hands decorated with Suzanne Code pink gold and diamond rings and a custom XIV Karats “Mom” gold ring.
She carried her front-row essentials in a limited-edition Dior “Columbus” bag embellished with white rhinestones and beads. The silhouette, first introduced by John Galliano in the early 2000s, is recognized for its structural design that harkens back to the Y2K era.

Rihanna’s Signature Dramatic Glam and Streaky Long Wig
A maximalist at heart, Rihanna, whose net worth is $1.7 billion, wore dramatic makeup. She emphasized her upturned green-hazel eyes with bronze eyeshadow and cat eyeliner, albeit at one point she was spotted wearing the $275 The Attico x Linda Farrow “Edie” Aviators in Bordeaux.
She also donned rosy blush and what seems to be a new shade of burgundy lip gloss from her Fenty Beauty line, which coincidentally matched her jacket. I want to give props to Priscilla Ono for creating Rihanna’s glam.
Looking gorgeous as ever, RiRi turned heads with her new long, brunette hair—or a wig, rather—streaked with gray and arranged with a deep side part.

Rounding Out Maximalist Accessories with Statement Heels
Finally, the All-In Studio Crystal Belt pumps wrapped up Rihanna’s summertime layered look. They are made in Italy from beige naplak leather, a highly textured patent leather with a plastic covering that gives the shoes their glossy, wrinkly appearance.
The pumps’ sharp, pointed toes and wide leather belt that wraps the ankle make them instantly identifiable. They are fastened to Rihanna’s ankle with a sizable leather clasp and adorned with gold crystal grommets that allow her to dazzle from every angle. The 4-inch heel added a few inches to RiRi’s already impressive 5’8” height.
