The British model and actress strutted onto the red carpet in a strapless metallic dress with an uneven bubble hem.
At a first glance, the five-foot ten-and-a-half-inch star looked like she had hurriedly wrapped herself in crinkly tinfoil.
However, after we found out the dress was made completely out of recycled plastic bottles, we figure it more than passes inspection.

This dress is part of the Red Carpet Green Dress Project, which aims to encourage designers to use socially responsible fabrics in their creations.
Lily styled the silver frock with gold accessories and bright blue nail polish and finished off her look with a chic updo and minimal makeup.
