Known for her edgy fashion sense, Irina Shayk switched up her style on Monday, gracing the Met Gala 2021 red carpet with a fresh pixie cut in a daring floral gown from Moschino.

Showcasing her slender model figure, Irina wore an elaborate naked dress made of nude sheer fabric and adorned with strategically placed multicolored beaded flowers to protect her sensitive parts.
The strapless gown also has a corset-style bodice and a risky thigh-high slit that flowed into a train decorated with floral designs.
“Jeremy [Scott] had this crazy idea that I have to be a flower girl,” Irina told Rachel Smith of Entertainment Tonight.

Kudos to stylist Marc Eram for keeping the rest of Irina’s look simple. She skipped wearing elaborate jewelry and dramatic makeup and simply teamed her outfit with a minimalist pair of Stuart Weitzman “Nudist” sandals in metallic bronze.

Opting for a no-makeup makeup look, the mom-of-one highlighted her natural features with nude metallic eyeshadow, nude blush, and a swipe of lip gloss, courtesy of makeup artist Tatyana Makarova.
The Russian model surprised her fans as she debuted an edgy pixie cut hairstyle, which is reminiscent of the 1990s. Hairstylist Harry Josh styled her newly chopped sleek ‘do with a chic side parting using KMS hair products.
Explaining why she trimmed her hair, Irina said: “Something has to come dramatic to the Met Gala, and we decided it’s about no makeup and fun hair, and here we go.”

A few days before the Met Gala, Irina graced The Daily Front Row’s 2021 Fashion Media Awards red carpet, where she was honored with the Fashion Entrepreneur Award.
For the evening, Irina donned a Burberry Fall 2021 look that featured a metallic gold paillette-embellished cape shirt with a high neck.
She wore a form-fitting beige top underneath, tucked into a pair of beige trousers with a chic cutout at the ankles.

Allowing her outfit to do the talking, Irina ditched the jewelry and kept her beauty look simple, with her tresses pulled back and her features highlighted with subtle smokey eyeshadow and mauve lipstick.

Earlier in the day, Bradley Cooper’s ex attended the Revolve Gallery opening at Hudson Yards in Manhattan.
The supermodel served up her signature edgy style in a black windbreaker-style sleeveless dress that showcased her long-toned pins.
It features a zip-up fastening along the center front, zipped chest pockets, and a waist-cinching belt that accentuated her tiny waist.
