Dance powerhouse Ciara has released her new single, and it’s definitely not what we would expect.

The pop star’s eeriest single to date, “Paint It, Black,” is a cover of the original song by the Rolling Stones from 1966. Her cover is included on the soundtrack of Vin Diesel’s fantasy action film The Last Witch Hunter.
Other artists who’ve covered the classic rock song include U2, The Standells, Rick Wakeman, Deep Purple, Glenn Tipton, Marilyn Manson, Dee Snider with George Lynch, Ramin Djawadi, and Chris Farlowe.

Ciara was recently spotted throwing herself a celebratory trip to London. She attended the launch of Sexy Fish, an Asian restaurant and bar located on the corner of Berkeley Square, Mayfair.
The ludicrously named restaurant was created by West End dining and clubs tycoon Richard Caring.

Ciara’s latest song deviates from her usual flair, but it’s surprisingly really good — no wonder the girl flew out to London to treat herself.

Of course, despite being on a trip, Ciara didn’t forget to let her anticipating fans know that her single was about to drop.
