Nina Dobrev’s Actual Height and Her Struggles With Heels

While she has claimed to be 5’7″ on Twitter, Nina Dobrev’s actual height is estimated to be around 5ft 5 ¼ (165.7 cm), and she wears a shoe size 10 (US).

The average height for American women is approximately 5’4″ (162.5 cm). Nina Dobrev is about ¾ of an inch (or approximately 3.2 cm) taller than the average American woman.

In a YouTube interview, Nina Dobrev shares her mixed relationship with shoes and heels. While growing up, she recalls being barefoot most of the time and wearing sneakers and Converse shoes. She prefers comfort in her shoe choices, often opting for flats or running shoes, like Nike Air Max, especially when walking her dog.

For nights out, she likes Valentino loafers or kitten heels. Nina admits to owning around 80 pairs of shoes and is currently organizing her closet. Though she doesn’t wear high heels often, she remembers wearing Ralph Lauren ankle booties, Dior and Prada snow boots, and Stuart Weitzman shoes, some of her first high-end purchases.

However, she struggles with wearing high heels long-term and only endures them when required for events like the Met Ball, where she humorously describes removing them right after walking the red carpet and going barefoot as soon as possible.

Nina Dobrev Stuns in Stella McCartney at ELLE’s Women in Hollywood Awards

In October 2016, Nina Dobrev attended the star-studded ELLE 23rd Annual “Women in Hollywood” Awards at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. The then-27-year-old actress showcased her lean curves in a form-fitting dress from Stella McCartney’s Fall 2016 collection.

This peach-colored gown featured a pleated skirt and an intricately embroidered lace bodice. It also had a tulle underlay and a deep v-neckline, which showed just the right amount of flesh.

Nina decided to skip the necklace and instead wear a pair of statement earrings by Anita Ko.

The “Vampire Diaries” star stayed true to the theme of her look and carried a pale rose silk clutch by Rodo. She also slipped into a pair of rose-gold Casadei heels, which added a couple of inches to her height.

Nina wore her dark tresses in loose waves and sported dark smoky eye makeup and pink lipstick to complete her look.

Nina selected a pair of Casadei sandals for her feet. These metallic sandals have adjustable ankle straps, open toes, and 4.5-inch heels. Sadly, these sandals are already sold out.
