Not many know what Mollie King did before being catapulted to fame with the girl band The Saturdays. In a recent interview with the Daily Express, the blonde beauty revealed that she represented Great Britain in skiing competitions when she was younger.

Mollie King, previously a competitive skier for Great Britain until age 17, had to stop skiing for insurance reasons to avoid injuries before major tours.
“I skied for Great Britain until I was 17, so it was a huge part of my life. I’m not allowed to do it anymore for insurance reasons, in case I break my leg just before a big tour.”
She added that ski racing is probably the bravest thing she has ever done in her 26 years, but auditioning for The Saturdays comes in at a very close second.

It looks like it worked out well for Mollie, with “What About Us” going to the top of the UK Charts. She was recently seen promoting their latest single, “Disco Love,” at the BBC Radio 1 studios in London wearing a tartan dress by Preen Line.
Mollie accessorized her printed dress with neutral accessories — a belt, pumps, and a Burberry Orchard bag in tan. I would have styled this dress without a belt and changed into red pumps and maybe red lips.
