Mila Kunis has heterochromia, a fascinating condition that occurs in humans and certain breeds of dogs and cats. Her eyes are two different colors!
According to the American Academy of Ophthalmology, heterochromia of the eye can be complete or sectoral. It’s a quite rare condition, affecting around six in 1,000 people. Other actresses with heterochromia include Olivia Wilde and Kate Bosworth.
If you look closely, you will see that Mila Kunis’ left eye is green and her much darker right eye is almost brown. She also suffered from chronic inflammation of the iris for a long time.

“I was blind in one eye for many years, and no one knew,” Mila told Cosmopolitan in 2011. “I’m not blind anymore. I had surgery a couple of months ago. They cut it open and dropped a new lens in there,” she added.
Her blindness was caused by a condition called chronic iritis, which caused a cataract in that eye which affected her vision. Replacing the lens in the affected eye restored her sight.
