Like Renee Zellweger, Michelle Monaghan was almost unrecognizable at the 28th American Cinematheque Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on Tuesday. The actress looked unusually frail with her dark eye makeup and lighter hair.
For the occasion, Michelle wore a simple embroidered shift dress from Miu Miu styled with a messy pony, a black clutch, and a pair of glittered ankle-strap heels from Christian Louboutin. While different in silhouette, the shoes displayed similar details as the pumps Emmy Rossum wore to the ELLE Women in Hollywood Celebration the night before.

Close up shots of Michelle’s ‘Pina Spike’ Christian Louboutin heels
Michelle’s “Pina Spike” pumps feature glittered flocked vamps with suede piping, as well as tonal spike-embellished counters. The heels are a towering 5 inches tall, so they may be a tad difficult to manage if you’re not used to high-heeled shoes.
