Maya Rudolph and Tiffany Haddish hit the stage at the 2018 Oscars with no shoes! The two comediennes presented the Oscars for documentary short and live-action short films holding their sparkly ankle-strap heels in their hands.
“Girls Trip” actress Tiffany traded in her glittery Stuart Weitzman “Nudist” sandals for a fuzzy pair of UGG slippers. SNL veteran Maya, meanwhile, held her Valentino clear-heel gold-glitter sandals by the straps and went completely barefoot.

We never thought we’d ever see Uggs at the Oscars but here we are. We also can’t complain about shoes being hidden underneath long dresses at red carpet events this time, because both Tiffany and Maya gave us eyefuls of their gorgeous evening shoes.

Prior to going shoe-less on stage at the Oscars, Tiffany Haddish arrived on the red carpet in a beautiful traditional Eritrean dress topped off with a gold-embroidered black velvet cape. The 38-year-old actress said that her Oscars outfit was in honor of her deceased father, who was from the country of Eritrea. She said that her father knew that she would one day end up at the Oscars, and made her promise to honor her fellow Eritreans when she did.
