Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have officially entered not guilty pleas in their college admissions scandal case. They also advised the court that they were not intending to appear at a second arraignment
They were first charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud. An added charge of money laundering was added after they refused a plea deal. The highest amount of time they could spend in jail is 21 years, criminal defense attorney Lou Shapiro explained to Us in April.

“It’s just taking some time for it to sink in that what she was allegedly doing could be considered illegal,” a source told People.
“To her, it wasn’t egregious behavior. Was it entitled and perhaps selfish? Perhaps. But she didn’t see it as being a legal violation.”
While she’ll hopefully learn that there’s such a thing as too much motherly love, we don’t think this is something “any mom wouldn’t have done.” Lori even paid to have her children pose for photos to be photoshopped onto athlete’s bodies.
Lori Loughlin is learning the hard way that there is, in fact, such a thing as too much motherly love. The Fuller House star and her husband are accused of allegedly paying $500,000 as a bribe to the University of Southern California crew coach to secure their daughters’ admission to the school.
Earlier this year, Lori Loughlin and her daughters Olivia Jade and Bella Giannulli attended The Women’s Cancer Research Fund’s An Unforgettable Evening Benefit Gala at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. Lore wore a stunning lace dress by Tadashi Shoji.
