Today, we’ll be featuring one of the most remarkable women in the world of glamour and fashion: Livia Giuggioli-Firth. Wife to Hollywood’s Academy Award Winner Colin Firth, this woman is no ordinary wife and red carpet fashion “accessory! ”
A former Italian film and documentary producer, Livia has evolved and developed into one of the world’s most celebrated and talked-about ethical fashion promoters, striving to wear only up-cycled, ethically made, or sustainable dresses while recruiting top designers to her cause in the “Green Carpet Challenge,” thus earning her the titles “Queen of the Green Carpet” and “ECO Queen.”
Livia is also the co-director of Eco-Age, a new retail concept catering to those who desire to live a greener, more energy-efficient life. She’s a remarkable, admirable woman with a worthy cause!

One recent event that led to my discovery of this admirable celebrity was the gala screening of a Rolling Stones documentary film, ‘Crossfire Hurricanes’, during the 56th BFI London Film Festival at the Odeon Leicester Square in London.
Livia and Colin Firth were among the celebrities spotted at the red carpet arrivals section, and Livia stood out!

Her shoes and necklace were detailed with lace, which added that feminine frill to her ensemble.

We particularly love Livia’s black lace necklace. It was Handmade and unique, and her black lace-up booties gave her ensemble a somewhat gothic-but-glam-nonetheless vibe. What do you think?
Because we couldn’t find this necklace anywhere online, we turned to the well-known hub of handmade crafters at Etsy and found several gorgeous lace necklaces that will be great additions to your jewelry collection!
