Scores of fab outfits were seen at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, but unfortunately, some fashion fails also made their way to the red carpet.
The usually stylish Laura Whitmore was one of the celebrities who experienced a major fashion let-down at the awards show. She captured people’s attention for all the wrong reasons in an event that expected everyone to be very glamorous. Laura was photographed in an Emanuel Ungaro ensemble consisting of a very busy black-and-turquoise dress and a pair of ruffled sandals.

There’s a lot going on in the Irish TV presenter’s dress — a polka-dotted chiffon right sleeve, a diagonally placed ruffle detail, a shorter left sleeve, a vertically striped bodice, and a horizontally striped skirt with a zipper accent that provided a thigh-high slit. The clashing patterns didn’t do her any good. Her rather messy hair style was also a disappointment, but we do love her flawless makeup.

Laura’s Emanuel Ungaro footwear also caught our eyes, but it was painful to see how she tried to keep her toes together. Just take a look at her poor pinky toes! Although the wearer was uncomfortable, the shoes are undoubtedly very hard to ignore, thanks (or no thanks) to the pleated organza ruffles that clearly scream for attention. Aside from the crazy frills, they also have polka-dotted outsoles, back zipper fastening, open toes, and 4.5 inch heels.
