Just the other day, a heavily pregnant Kardashian flew out to New Orleans to celebrate a fan’s 21st birthday. Kim was photographed leaving the Los Angeles Airport to catch a flight to her super fan Myleeza’s birthday.
Kim wore a tight white dress around her growing pregnancy bump, which she wore under a white knee-length button-down (her uniform for quite a while now).
The reality television star wore them with her trusty ol’ Hermes suede cage heels.
