Kim Kardashian has established herself as a true fashion chameleon. From girly Barbiecore ensembles on the red carpet to edgy casuals while watching her son Saint’s basketball games on the courtside, Kim has proven she can pull off any aesthetics. Her latest style was no different.
The 43-year-old businesswoman has recently embraced her inner goth by donning black dresses that accentuate her famous hourglass figure and wearing sultry, nude makeup.
After sporting a sleek black Chrome Hearts gown at the 2023 CFDA Awards, the Skims founder chose to stick to the trend by attending the Baby2Baby Gala on Saturday at the Pacific Design Center dressed in a nude and black dress by Balenciaga.

Kim, who was honored with the Giving Tree Award at last year’s Baby2Baby Gala, made a dramatic arrival in a bead-embellished black floral lace gown cut in a flattering mermaid silhouette.
The completely see-through look, which made its runway debut during the house’s Fall 2023 show, was designed with a high neck, long sleeves, and a floor-sweeping train. It was cinched at the waist with a leather bow belt for an added touch of sophistication.
Kim wore a nude bodysuit underneath that appeared three shades lighter than her skin tone. It was completed with an attached pair of boots in the same hue, finished with pointed toes and thin stiletto heels.

Over the past few years, hybrid shoes have been a mainstay in Kim’s collection. She made headlines when she showed up at the 2021 Met Gala in a controversial all-black Balenciaga Burqa outfit with integrated jersey boots.
Most recently, she wore a Swarovski-embellished pink gown and nude pantaboots to the Kering Foundation Caring for Women Dinner.
To complete her glamorous, dark gothic look, Kim styled her raven tresses in sleek, wet-look waves and wore beige smokey eyeshadow, nude lipstick, and soft blush.
At one point during the event, the reality star was seen on the stage with actresses Zoe Saldana and Olivia Wilde.

In a clip posted from the gala, Kim Kardashian said she was “proud to be back on this stage after receiving the Giving Tree Award last year. And I can’t believe how much Baby2Baby has accomplished since then. In just one year, they distributed a hundred million items, like diapers, formula, clothing, and cribs.”
