Kelly Osbourne, a British television personality, recently joined the New Mom Club and opened up about the difficulties of balancing motherhood and work in her first Instagram post after giving birth to her son Sidney earlier this year.
In her post over the weekend, the actress expressed her newfound respect for working mothers and revealed how hard it was to leave her baby boy behind when returning to work.
Kelly’s first Instagram snap after giving birth showed her sitting in a car with her friend, Kip Zachary, sticking out their tongues.

In her caption, she spoke about how tough it was to leave her son, writing, “I have a newfound respect for working mothers. I took my first job since having a baby. Having to leave him this morning was one of the hardest things I have ever done. This day can’t go by quick enough for me. I can’t want to have him back in my arms. 😢”
Kelly isn’t over her attachment to her son yet. The 38-year-old star posted again on Monday, revealing that she had brought Sidney to work with her for the second day.
Alongside a photo of herself gripping the handle of Sidney’s car seat and biting her lower lip, she wrote, “#Day2 I could not leave him again, so it’s #BringYourBabyToWorkDay.”

In May, Kelly and her 46-year-old partner Sid Wilson took to Instagram to share the happy news that they were pregnant. The couple quietly had a son at the end of 2022.
Sharon Osbourne, Kelly’s 70-year-old mother, appeared on the British talk show The Talk in early January and announced the news.
The grandma-of-five revealed the child’s name as Sidney and commented on Kelly: “So great, so great. She won’t let a picture go out of him, and I’m so proud of her.”

Although Sharon didn’t confirm the exact date of the birth, rumors began circulating in November after Kelly posted an enigmatic message on her Instagram Stories, which many took to mean that she was in labor.
She wrote, “OK, here we go,” against a black background. Since then, she has been completely missing from social media platforms.

Kelly posted to her Instagram Stories shortly after Sharon let the cat out of the bag, saying, “I am not ready to share him with the world. It is no one’s place but mine to share any information on my baby.”
It’s clear from Kelly’s posts that being a working mom isn’t easy, and she’s not alone in her struggles. Balancing work and motherhood can be stressful, but it’s important to remember that it’s okay to ask for help and take things one day at a time.
As Kelly continues to navigate motherhood, we wish her all the best and hope she continues sharing her experiences with her fans. It’s always refreshing to see public figures candid about their struggles, and it helps remind us that we’re all in this together.
