When it comes to bags, Sports Illustrated cover girl, Kate Upton, likes it simple and understated – pretty much the same way she prefers simple but elegant dresses.

Early this week, she was spotted sporting one of the most coveted designer bags of the decade – the Celine Box bag, while heading to the Ed Sullivan Theatre for her appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman.
Kate was covered in black, but the peachy purse on her shoulder was very hard to miss.

How do you like the Celine Box bag? Is it something you’d consider for a purse? Or do you find the structured shape and very sparse design a little too old-fashioned for your taste?
The Box bag isn’t available online. It’s a pricey arm candy that can only be purchased personally at stores like Saks Fifth Avenue and Celine boutiques. Some pre-owned bags can be found at Farfetch.
It’s not as common as the Celine Luggage or the Celine Trapeze, and the bag’s price falls under the $3000 – $4000 range, maybe even more if the material is exotic.
If you want it and can afford it, head to your city’s nearest high-end department store. Or better yet, visit a Celine boutique.
The Celine Box bag is very well made and will remain in style forever
