The lovely Kate Bosworth was photographed outside AOL Build looking extra chic, as per usual. The actress wore a polished black-on-black ensemble, punctuated with one of the most interestingly structured bags. On her right arm is the Gabriela Hearst “Demi” bag, a pint-sized accessory that’s well-loved by serious fashion critics. She also sported a pair of beautiful velvet and satin Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.
The Gabriela Hearst “Demi” bag — a smaller version of the “Nina” — is one of the most coveted “It” bags, but sadly it isn’t available in any store, or for immediate purchase online. Prospective owners must fill out a form at the brand’s website and endure months-long wait before you get one.
According to New York-based designer Hearst, a public store distribution just isn’t in the plans. After a trial limited-edition release of the “Nina” style offered up to friends and family — including Miroslava Duma and Brie Larson — people started clamoring for more. The exclusivity of these Hearst bags did not deter the shopping public, of course. In fact, the wait list is just upping its popularity!

Shielding her eyes from the photographers, Kate hid behind a stylish pair of sunglasses.

If you’re willing to put your name on the long wait list for this uniquely structured “It” bag, head over to the brand’s website. Prices are not publicly listed, but the classic leather “Nina” reportedly goes for $1,995. More exotic renditions are north of $10,000.
