Known for her impressive height, we could watch Karlie Kloss take to the red carpet of every single gala, every single day — and we would never get bored.
In May 2016, the Midwestern model towered over everyone at the 23rd annual amFAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala, which was held at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, France.

While much taller than the average woman, she’s shorter than her husband, Joshua Kushner, whom she started dating in 2012. They married in a small and intimate ceremony on October 18, 2018, in upstate New York.
“I’m six feet, one-and-a-half inches—at least, last time I checked. I live in my ballet flats because they don’t add any height. Flat-footed, I’m not taller than my boyfriend, but with heels, absolutely—and he’s about 6’3,” she told Into The Gloss in 2014.

Considering her height is 6ft 1 ½ (186.7 cm), Karlie usually prefers not to wear high heels as they make her look too tall.
“I think I would look like a crazy woman walking around N.Y.C. in heels since I’m 6’1″ and 6’4″ in heels. Plus, I take the subway, so I’d stand out even more!” she told People in 2016.

“Ballet training not only teaches you posture but also movement and body awareness. I’m 6ft 1in and a half – in ballet, my height worked against me, but luckily it works in my favor for modeling,” she added about her height in an interview with InStyle.

At the 23rd annual AmfAR gala, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel flaunted her trim body and long legs in a gorgeous black off-the-shoulder Marchesa gown.
Her beautiful dress featured a thigh-high slit that showcased the model’s very long, bronzed legs and decorative florets across Karlie’s chest and slim arms.

Karlie paired the sexy gown with studded Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.

The embellished sandals perfectly matched her stunning jewels, which included a diamond-studded bracelet, diamond bangles, and chandelier earrings.

The model also carried an equally shiny clutch for good measure.

We are happy to see that Karlie got a pedicure for this red carpet appearance, unlike the 2016 Time 100 Gala one month earlier.
Unfortunately, we can’t find her particular pair of shoes, but we did find this stunning alternative at SSENSE and Farfetch.
