Julianne Hough seems to have benefited from a recent beach vacation with her gal pal, Nina Dobrev. The starlet was absolutely glowing while walking the streets in Beverley Hills earlier today.

As high profile as her lunch was, Julianne Hough was dressed for it to be low-key. She wore a heavily faded and worn denim dress with hardy leather ankle boots. Her short hair was unstyled but freshly washed, and her makeup was kept simple, fresh, and clean.
But, of course, in true Hollywood style, Julianne Hough’s casual outfit wasn’t too casual. She accessorized with a Celine luggage tote bag, the purse of the moment that could cost well over $4,000. (Just a side note: ever since someone told me that there’s a face on the Celine handbag, it’s all I can see.)
If the high-end part of Julianne Hough’s outfit was the Celine handbag, the low-end part was this denim dress from Topshop.

Though Julianne’s chambray shift dress left her looking a little shapeless, her toned legs are proof of her claim to fame as a professional dancer.

Also, her black Celine handbag and Rag & Bone “Harrow” ankle boots were spot on. With a lovely complexion and such chic accessories, we can forgive her for an unflattering dress.

What do you think of Julianne’s look? The Rag & Bone suede ankle boots helped to keep her outfit from completely veering into fashion faux pas territory.
They feature characteristic leather straps around the ankles and stacked heels for a subtle height addition. As Julianne has shown us, they’re great boots for pairing with a casual Western-inspired dress, even if the said dress is a tad frumpy. They’d also look good with shorts or tucked into skinny jeans.
