“He proposed on our three-year anniversary, which was February 2. February 2, 2022, 2/2/22, which was pretty cool. I get so giddy when I think about it. I start crying when I think about our wedding. I’m so happy.”
The 22-year-old actress also revealed that she made the first move on her fiancé, Steven Piet, whom she met on the set of the Hulu true-crime drama series, The Act.

How Did Joey King Meet Steven Piet?
“[My fiance’s] name is Steven Piet. You mentioned The Act. That’s how we met, he was a director on The Act. And I pursued him. I waited until the end of shooting to ask him out, but to my delight, he was interested as well. And now we’re getting married.”

The Kissing Booth star looked fierce during her interview as she donned a black snake-print sleeveless dress from the Greek fashion brand Milkwhite.
Highlighting her cleavage and toned curves, the dress features a bustier bodice with a boob-baring sweetheart neckline, thick shoulder straps, and a flattering form-fitting silhouette.
She added a translucent green crystal chain halter-top from Akira over her dress, adding an interesting element to the look.

Joey King stars as the titular character in The Princess. The Le-Van Kiet-directed period action thriller isn’t your typical princess movie.
King plays the role of a headstrong princess who finds herself betrothed to a cruel sociopath named Julius, played by Dominic Cooper.
When she refuses to accept the marriage, she gets locked away in a tower, and Julius overthrows her father and takes his throne. This leaves the sword-yielding princess no choice but to “protect her family and save the kingdom.”
