Although she lost out on the Tony for Best Leading Actress in a Play, Jessica Chastain won us over with her Grecian-style red-carpet look.
The 46-year-old Interstellar actress was certainly the Belle of the Ball as she arrived at the United Palace Theater in a yellow cape dress, reminiscent of Belle from Beauty and the Beast.
She graced the 76th Tony Awards red carpet with her grandma Marilyn Herst, who opted for a muted green dress with an accompanying printed shawl, allowing Jessica to stand out.

All eyes were on Jessica Chastain in the majestic sunshine yellow Gucci gown that featured a strapless sequin-embellished sweetheart neckline, intricate pleats, and a tapered waist that flowed into a fluid floor-length pleated skirt.
The sparkly Gucci creation came in multiple shades of yellow and was finished with a matching floor-sweeping chiffon cape.
Her shoes were barely visible underneath her gown, but she most likely wore a pair of platform sandals.

The Zero Dark Thirty star skipped any other jewelry, save for the Italian luxury label’s High Jewellery “Hortus Delicarium” necklace that stood out against her scene-stealing gown. The show-stopping jewelry was made of white gold, emeralds, diamonds, and a 35.9-carat mandarin garnet.
Elizabeth Stewart curated Chastain’s stunning evening look. The celebrity stylist is known for dressing high-profile stars like Cate Blanchett, Amanda Seyfried, Elizabeth Olsen, Rebel Wilson, and Viola Davis.
Her glam team kept Jessica’s look immaculate, with Kristofer Buckle giving her a subtle smokey eye-makeup, pink lips, and matching blush. Hairstylist Renato Campora pulled her auburn tresses back into a sleek high ponytail styled in gorgeous waves.

Chastain was nominated for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Play for her role as Nora Helmer in the three-act play A Doll’s House but lost to Jodie Comer for Prima Facie.
A Doll’s House was originally written by Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen and premiered at the Royal Theatre in Copenhagen, Denmark December 1879.
The latest iteration was adapted by acclaimed playwright Amy Herzog and directed by Tony Award nominee Jamie Lloyd.
In a statement, The Good Nurse star said, “When I sat down with the brilliant Jamie Lloyd five years ago to discuss a possible collaboration, I was over the moon when we decided on A Doll’s House. We were set to start rehearsals in London in April 2020, but little did we know what the world (and a pandemic) had in store for us.”
A Doll’s House opened on Broadway on March 9 at the Hudson Theatre and ran through June 10.
