On Saturday, May 4, Jennifer Lopez made an appearance to promote her new Netflix film at a photocall for the sci-fi action movie Atlas held at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City, where she was joined by co-stars Sterling K. Brown and Simu Liu on the red carpet.
Daring in All-White Genny Semi-Sheer Ensemble
For this event, Jennifer Lopez boldly embraced a daring style by donning an all-white semi-sheer ensemble from the Fall/Winter 2024 collection of the Italian Heritage brand, Genny.
I always admire her willingness to push boundaries and showcase her daring side, cementing her status as a fashion icon. Yet, in this instance, the outfit falls short of embracing the sheer dressing trend to its fullest.
While she looks gorgeous, the ensemble doesn’t quite hit the mark. Nevertheless, the silhouette does flatter her figure impeccably.

Her attire comprised a form-fitting, see-through shirt with long sleeves and a defined seam along the bust. She layered this over an Intimissimi bra, the transparency of the top allowing glimpses of the undergarment.
She matched the top with a set of wide-leg pants in the same hue, which cascaded gracefully to the floor. While flowing and elongating, these pants had visible pockets – a detail that didn’t appeal to me.

Though the length of her trousers mainly concealed her footwear, the 54-year-old wealthy American singer and actress opted for Andrea Wazen Dassy platform heels.
These featured a slender wrap-around ankle strap with buckle closure and a clear plexi front band, creating an enticing barely-there aesthetic. The 150mm stiletto and platform sole provided a striking elevation to her ensemble.
Accentuating with Stunning Accessories and Glam Details
Styled by the renowned duo Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, whose clientele includes Lily Collins, Heidi Klum, and Hailee Steinfeld, Jennifer Lopez’s look was accentuated flawlessly.
Ben Affleck’s wife didn’t hold back on accessories, elevating her ensemble with meticulous attention to detail. She carried a white Charles & Keith Gabine Curved shoulder bag featuring the brand’s iconic gold buckle, perfectly complementing her attire.
Her accessory game didn’t stop there. Jennifer adorned herself with an Eera Ninety yellow gold diamond necklace and matching Eera Ninety 18K yellow gold diamond hoops.

The Maid in Manhattan star’s fingers sparkled with a Rainbow K Piercing gold ring, Rainbow K Eyelet yellow ring, Yvonne Leon Bague Maxi Berlingot or Jaune ring, and her Rahaminov Diamonds engagement ring.
Credit is also due to Jennifer’s glam team for enhancing her overall look. Makeup artist Scott Barnes emphasized her natural beauty with a simple yet striking makeup palette, including a smokey eye, coral blush, and pink lipstick.
Hairstylist Lorenzo Martin ensured her highlighted tresses were perfectly styled, parting them down the middle and leaving them loose.
After the event, Jennifer Lopez turned to Instagram to share photos of her ensemble, showcasing herself draped in the matching overcoat featured on the runway.
Adding the coat undeniably elevates her look, imparting a sense of sophistication synonymous with Jennifer Lopez.
