Jennifer Garner’s appearance on Good Morning America was not just about glamour and style; she was there to discuss her role in “Once Upon a Farm,” the organic snack and meal provider she co-owns with John Foraker and founder Cassandra Curtis.

The company’s latest venture involves introducing delicious snack bars and wholesome smoothies for children, all committed to low-sugar and high-quality ingredients.

While joining hosts Michael Strahan, George Stephanopoulos, and Lara Spencer on the show, Jennifer proudly emphasized the brand’s dedication to fresh, low-sugar ingredients while being an ally for mothers.

Her upbringing, deeply rooted in farming and the cultivation of fresh produce, significantly influenced her passion for healthy food.

During the interview, she fondly reminisced about her mother’s influence, saying, “My mom was such a farmer girl, so we always were at farmers markets, we always had a huge garden, and she’s always just taught us the closer to the earth, the closer to the sunshine, the more you’re going to love it.”

In a lighter moment, Jennifer admitted to being a bit of a picky eater as a child, sharing, “When I was a kid, I’d say, ‘I hate green beans,’ but if they were grown out of the ground and I was sitting there, I would pick them and eat them as fast as I could, even though I told you I hated them.”

She also expressed her genuine excitement about helping mothers provide nutritious options for their families, stating: “It makes me so happy because I see kids all over eating it now. Moms tell me – I’ll think that they’re coming to tell me that they saw a movie [I’m in], but it makes me even happier when they say, ‘Oh my gosh, my family – I don’t know what we did before Once Upon a Farm. I eat them, my husband eats them…’ So it is a thrill to be part of something you believe in.”
