Irina remained faithful to her designer friend Riccardo Tisci as she paraded about in a head-to-toe Givenchy look.

Her star-spangled ensemble consisted of a see-through bustier dress from the brand’s Fall 2015 couture collection, paired with “Matilda” sandals in white satin and a minaudière clutch featuring a flower closure mechanism.

We don’t really love this dress for this occasion because it makes Irina look like she forgot the entire lower half of her ensemble, but the “Matilda” sandals stand their ground quite nicely.

Later that night, Irina changed into a second, more modest look.
The model stuck with Givenchy as she attended post-Met Gala festivities, this time with boyfriend, Bradley Cooper, in tow.
