Ice-T recently spoke about his strong bond with his seven-year-old daughter, Chanel Nicole Marrow, and their atypical sleeping arrangement.
During an interview on the That Moment with Daymond John podcast, the Law & Order: SVU star revealed that Chanel still sleeps in the same bed as he and his wife, Coco Austin.
Ice-T shared that he is much more connected to Chanel than his two older children, LeTesha and Tracy, as he was distracted by his career while raising them.

He emphasized the importance of being there for Chanel, saying that he was present during Coco’s pregnancy and Chanel’s birth and is now in a comfortable cruise pattern with his family.
He has a daughter named LeTesha, aged 47, whom he shares with his high school sweetheart Adrienne, and a son named Tracy, aged 31, with his ex-girlfriend Darlene Ortiz. While talking about his children, he said he feels a stronger connection with Chanel, saying, “I am so much more connected to her than my other kids.”
The rapper also spoke about how Chanel’s birth inspired him to create new goals and made him want to live forever. He said that having her in the second half of his life was like hitting the reset button.

“I’m comfortable. I’m in a cruise pattern. I was there when Coco was pregnant, I went to the hospital, and Chanel still sleeps in the bed with us,” he said.
While some may find their sleeping arrangement unconventional, Ice-T and Coco are no strangers to criticism. The family faced backlash on TikTok last year over a video of Chanel bathing in the kitchen sink.
Coco responded to the criticism, saying that she does what works and is easier on her, and suggested that others could take some pointers rather than rag on her.
