In an interview with Shape magazine for their October issue, Lucy Hale admitted that it took her years to appreciate her body and that she’s now “trying to make up” for the lost time.

“Our bodies are so amazing and resilient, and we don’t give them enough credit. I spent much of my teen years and early 20s not loving my body and not being good to it. I’m trying to make up for that because we get only one body. We have to take care of our temple.”
“I do a lot of strength training because I like to feel strong. I’m 5-foot-2, but I like to feel like a badass and to know that I could kick someone’s ass. So I do pull-ups and do squats with the big-boy weights. I even flipped one of those big tires once. And I just discovered Pilates. My butt has never been higher, and my abs have never been stronger,” she continued.

The Katy Keene star also added that she likes eating and doesn’t follow a strict diet.
“I find that sticking to a strict diet messes with my head and makes me obsess. I call it intuitive eating. If I’m craving chicken, I’ll have chicken. If my body is saying, ‘Don’t reach for the doughnut,’ I don’t reach for the doughnut. If my body is saying, ‘You deserve a doughnut,’ then I’ll do it. But I’ll never give up coffee. I’ll never give up my lattes or bread.”
On Tuesday, Lucy Hale appeared to be in good spirits while out for a coffee run with a female pal following a workout session in West Hollywood.

Often seen in athleisure looks, Lucy showcased her incredibly toned figure in chic activewear set from LSKD, an Australian lifestyle brand known for producing high-quality functional sportswear with a street aesthetic.
What does LSKD stand for?
LSKD stands for Loose Kids Industries or simply ‘Loose Kid’. “I was still quite young when we trademarked the name, my mum got all the paperwork to fill out and I still didn’t really have any idea how to do it,” Australian founder Jason Daniel told SmartCompany about the clothing business he founded at the age of 16.
“The business started in 2007 and it originated from just as a phrase, ‘loose kid’. I was an apprentice carpenter, and I’d seen the success of other people’s businesses, so I began it mostly as something to do, just a bit of fun,” Daniel added about the business named after his catchphrase “Loose Kid.”
Skeet Ulrich’s ex-girlfriend flaunted her shoulders, abs, and legs in a $49 LSKD Limitless seamless crop top that’s engineered to be super soft and flexible. She paired it with matching $49 Base bike shorts in Forest Night color.

Elevating her athleisure, the Pretty Little Liars star accessorized with two dainty gold necklaces, a ring, and multiple hoop earrings.
She then shielded her eyes behind a pair of hexagonal sunglasses and carried a lip balm, her iPhone, and an Oventure Cheetah O key ring in one hand.
Wearing her signature short tresses in a half-up style, Lucy added a swipe of pink lipstick and a hint of blush to her look.
She then completed her athletic outfit with Nike M2K Tekno sneakers in Black Rose colorway, initially released in May 2019 as part of Nike’s summer collection.
Reimagining the classic Nike Monarch, these shoes boast distinctive layering, with a textile base and leather overlays. They also have pink rose and bright green accents, a phylon foam midsole, and a molded heel counter for stability.
You can find these shoes at the sneaker resale platforms GOAT and StockX retailing for $70.
