Cast and Characters
At the time of the world premiere of “The Final Girls” on March 13, 2015, Taissa Farmiga was 20, Nina Dobrev was 26, and Thomas Middleditch was 33.
They portrayed Max Cartwright, Vicki Summers, and Duncan, respectively. During the movie’s rehearsal, Thomas Middleditch stumbled over the velvet rope in the theater.
The director, Todd Strauss-Schulson, saw an opportunity for humor and included the mishap in the final film, allowing the audience to focus on the cardboard standee for “Camp Bloodbath 2: Cruel Summer” for a brief moment.

Through the film, Joshua could pay tribute to his late father and work through his grief.
