London’s Evening Standard gathered some of the biggest names in the theater industry on Sunday to celebrate its 65th Annual Theatre Awards at the London Coliseum.
The star-studded event is the oldest theatrical awards ceremony in the United Kingdom. It is presented each year to honor the best in British theater.
Plenty of famous faces graced the red carpet at the ceremony, and they turned up looking fabulous in high-fashion designer creations. Many fittingly dressed in Michael Kors, who was the main sponsor of this year’s awards show.
1. Ella Balinska in Crystal Pinstripe Pantsuit
Charlie’s Angels star Ella Balinska walked the red carpet with Michael Kors and pulled off a tailored menswear-inspired look from the American fashion designer.
The 23-year-old actress opted for a white double crepe-sable suit from the Resort 2020 Collection. It is unique with crystal pinstripe embroidery, but the trousers need an inch or two cut off the hem.

Ella amped up the tough-glam look with black nail polish and metallic winged smoky eye-makeup. She pulled her tresses up in a chic bun with a neat center-parting.

The British actress decided to skip the jewelry and just wear a silver watch for her accessory. She also swapped heels for a pair of comfy but chic flats, which is probably why her pants look too long.
Ella wore Michael Kors ‘Maude’ leather flats in white. These punk-inspired Mary Jane flats are made of rich calf leather and feature pointed toes and wide straps with silver grommets and buckles.

2. Naomi Scott in Glittery Red Crop Top and Skirt
Ella’s Charlie’s Angels co-star Naomi Scott also attended the event. But unlike Ella, the 26-year-old actress left her badass Charlie’s Angel image at home and channeled her inner Princess Jasmine instead.
She wore a bespoke two-piece Miu Miu look, styled by international fashion director Zadrian Smith. It included a high-waisted floor-length skirt and a glittery sequined crop top that allowed her to show off her toned midriff.

Makeup artist Valeria Ferreira glammed up her look further with coordinating red smoky eye-makeup, Bordeaux liner, mascara, and scarlet lip gloss. Her short tresses were pulled back into a sleek center-parted ponytail, styled by hairstylist Marcia Lee.
A pair of Bulgari earrings and statement rings with diamonds and rubies rounded out her look.

3. Ruth Wilson in Star-Embellished Retro Dress
Also opting for a holiday red outfit was Ruth Wilson, who presented Andrew Scott with the Best Actor trophy.
The 37-year-old actress looked all set for the festivities as she arrived in a Michael Kors Spring 2020 crepe-sable dress. Her striking retro-style frock is entirely embellished with glimmering stars and micro-sequins.
It also features this season’s on-trend structured puff shoulders with long sleeves, a sweetheart neckline, and draping detail on the sides.

She styled her brunette tresses into a neat updo to showcase her Bulgari High Jewelry diamond earrings.
Best known for her role as Alice Morgan in the BBC TV psychological crime drama Luther (2010–2013, 2019), the English actress also accessorized with a Bulgari Serpenti diamond ring and completed her radiant look with Aquazzura ‘Very Vera’ heels.

4. Jourdan Dunn in Green and Gold Embellished Dress
Like most of the attendees, supermodel/actress Jourdan Dunn also went for a festive look. She highlighted her svelte figure and showed a glimpse of her ribcage tattoo and sideboob in a custom Michael Kors double crepe-sable dress.
The Christmassy green dress features gold and green sequins, gold fringe embellishments, a halter neck, and sexy crisscrossed back straps.

She pulled her hair up into a romantic updo, leaving a few face-framing wisps. For her face, she simply applied neutral makeup and accentuated her eyes with winged eyeliner and mascara.

Jourdan skipped the jewelry to let her dress do the talking. She then gave her already tall 5′ 10” (178 cm) frame a boost in height with Jimmy Choo ‘Misty’ sandals.

5. Ellie Bamber in Gem and Feather-Detailed Mini
Chanel ambassador Ellie Bamber naturally wore a creation from the luxury fashion house. She selected a pink Chanel Spring 2018 Haute Couture mini dress that’s intricately detailed with gemlike adornments.
The faux-layered Christmassy frock appears to have jade and rose quartz crystals and a mix of bead embellishments. It also has a feather panel around the skirt and embellished V-shaped straps.

The 22-year-old actress kept the look girly with soft makeup, done by Liz Pugh. Celebrity hairstylist Carlos Ferraz simply gave her a textured bob hairstyle.

Stylist Elizabeth Saltzman finished off Ellie’s feminine outfit with pink Rupert Sanderson heels.
