Dutifully attending to the promotional duties for her new film, Beautiful Creatures, Emmy Rossum came to its premiere at New York City’s Tribeca Cinemas last Monday.

Emmy might be playing the villain in the movie, but she still stuck to her glamorous and ladylike real-life persona for the premiere. She went for a green-and-blue look with an overlapping front dress from Christian Dior and a geometric print double-breasted coat from US-based British-Bahraini fashion designer Misha Nonoo.
A few days ago, I featured Ginnifer Goodwin wearing a spring-worthy Misha Nonoo attire consisting of a cobalt blue jacket, matching blue shorts, and a collared top. It looks like Emmy is also a fan of the brand. She dipped into the brand’s Fall/Winter 2012 collection.
The coat boasts subtle geometric prints and blue shoulder and collar details. These details complemented the blue of Emmy’s dress and gave her outfit some added quirk and fun.

Emmy’s spot-on ensemble is not hard to copy. Pair a solid-colored short dress with a printed coat, and punctuate the look with strappy platform sandals.
And, nope, she didn’t forget green-bead-tipped drop House of Lavande earrings and the blue eye shadow!

The pair of strappy sandals on her feet broke up all the green and blue. Embellished with sparkly crystals at intersecting points, the sandals stood out for reasons other than their contrasting black color.
