When it comes to red carpet dressing, Emma Watson often gravitates towards elegant styles and neutral tones, and last Sunday at the London premiere of We Dare to Dream at Cineworld was no exception.
An advocate for gender equality, the 33-year-old actress embraced power dressing by wearing the shirtless blazer trend that continues to dominate the fashion scene this season.
A-list stars, including Kirsten Stewart, Eva Longoria, Blake Lively, Rihanna, Cara Delevingne, and Naomi Campbell, have showcased various iterations of the trend. And Emma Watson appears to be the latest celebrity to adopt the risque style.

Emma Watson paired a sleek black suit with a peekaboo bra underneath, demonstrating how such a trend can be worn with elegance and finesse.
She looked the epitome of style and class in her extraordinarily stylish Alexander McQueen crêpe blazer, retailing for $3,590 at Mytheresa.
Her anything-but-typical blazer featured rounded edges on an otherwise traditional longline silhouette. Along with the classic flap and breast pockets, buttoned front, and sharp lapels, the jacket also had a plunging neckline, cinched-in waist, and dazzling embellishments on the shoulder, giving the classic single-breasted design a contemporary twist.

Emma, whose wardrobe often consists of breathtaking gowns, minidresses, and sleek suits, gave her ensemble a sensual touch by letting a sexy black crisscross bralette peek through her jacket’s plunging neckline.
For her bottoms, the Beauty and the Beast star wore a pair of slightly flared trousers. She added a little extra sparkle to her gender-fluid suit by accessorizing with minimalist diamond stud earrings and crystal-adorned square-open-toe sandals.
When it came to her glam, Emma pulled her tresses back into a messy ponytail and highlighted her striking features with mascara, brushed-up brows, rosy cheeks, and bold red lipstick that, unfortunately, smeared on her teeth.

Elsewhere at the event, the Harry Potter star was seen posing alongside Pakistani female education activist Malala Yousafzai, and We Dare to Dream director Waad Al-Kateab.
Watson, a humanitarian and activist, was all smiles as she showed her support for the documentary, which follows the journey of young refugee athletes from Iran, Syria, South Sudan, and Cameroon as they prepare to compete in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics as part of the IOC Refugee Olympic Team.

John Legend lent his musical talents to the film. He wrote, composed, and recorded the original song, Don’t Need to Sleep, for the docu.
Executive produced by Angelina Jolie and John Legend’s Get Lifted Film production company, We Dare to Dream premiered at the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival in June. It is scheduled for release on December 1 in UK Cinemas and on Curzon Home Cinema.
