Emma Roberts exuded understated elegance in a vintage Armani Privé custom gown at the 89th Annual Academy Awards. She opted to wear a sustainable dress made in collaboration with Red Carpet Green Dress, an environmentally friendly clothing label that promotes sustainable fashion. Emma showed her continuous support for the campaign and made a remarkable statement on the red carpet.
She joined a slew of celebrities in using her red carpet appearance to send an important message. Emma Stone wore a Planned Parenthood pin, while Ruth Negga pinned an ACLU ribbon.
Emma discussed further details about her dress in a quick interview with Ryan Seacrest. She also revealed her earliest Hollywood memory, which involved her aunt Julia and a “skunk dress.”
The “Scream Queens” star also stopped by to take a photo with a portrait of her aunt Julia’s Oscar-winning moment. She paid homage to Julia’s iconic look, and even copied her memorable reaction.
Emma oozed quiet sophistication in her vintage Armani Privé two-tone gown. Her spaghetti-strapped dress featured gorgeous embroidery and a short train, in addition to a lace bodice and a layered skirt. The plunging neckline and open back displayed her décolletage and flashed a hint of side boob.
The 26-year-old actress also debuted her newly dyed strawberry locks. She styled her hair in classic Hollywood waves, which perfectly suited the occasion. The hair color looked fabulous on Emma, and it complemented her bold ruby lips. She completed her look with an Armani bag and Atelier Swarovski jewels.
