The Fall Guy promotional tour has been a non-stop fashion show, and I’m seated. Though they don’t follow the trend of dressing according to the theme of the movie they’re promoting, I am completely enamored with Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt’s stunning fashion display.
One thing I noticed is that the two often wear solid colors. Just take a look at their most recent red carpet appearance.

Arriving at the Dolby Theatre for the Los Angeles premiere of their movie, The Fall Guy, the Oppenheimer actress and the Barbie star dressed in complementary mint green and orange outfits. I like how Gosling’s mint suit cools down the vibrant color of Blunt’s orange dress, and vice versa, with Blunt’s orange dress warming up Gosling’s suit.
The Fall Guy opened in 3,800 theaters on May 3 and is expected to earn $30–$35 million on its first weekend of release in the US.
Exuding a Radiant Glow
Saving the best for last? I’ve always been in awe of Emily Blunt’s press tour looks, but her most recent red carpet appearance, which perfectly captures her signature glitzy style, has me in complete amazement.
At the Los Angeles premiere of The Fall Guy, Blunt exuded a radiant springtime glow in a sparkling orange dress specifically made for her by Giorgio Armani Privé.
The exquisite silk gown beautifully enveloped Blunt’s petite frame and highlighted every inch of the actress’s figure. I thought the length, which stops right above her ankles, and the fit were perfect.

It was intricately adorned with sparkling crystals, arranged diagonally to ensure she shone from every angle. I love the geometric cutout on the side of the bodice, which, I think, was strategically cut not just to add allure but also to facilitate easy breathing.
The thick one-shoulder design held the dress in place, adding to its overall charm and allowing the A Quiet Place star to show off her toned arms.

Accessorizing an Orange Dress
Only a few wear orange because it’s a hard color to pull off—obviously not for Emily. I thought she looked stunning, and I loved how the color contrasted with her pale skin tone. Not to mention, the styling was just as impeccable.
For me, it’s not that difficult to style an orange dress. Gold can intensify the vividness, whereas silver can balance the bright color.
Blunt’s longtime stylist, Jessica Paster, accessorized the actress’s ensemble with chunky gold Tiffany & Co. jewelry, enhancing the look’s springtime glamour. The jewelry consists of a couple of rings, a set of earrings, a striking bangle on one wrist, and a Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger Bowtie Gold Bracelet on the other.

While a minimalist pair of gold sandals would have been a more appropriate choice for Blunt’s ensemble, Paster finished Blunt’s look with Alexandre Birman’s “Francis” sandals.
I like the summery braided toe straps, but I don’t like that they kind of pull attention away from the dress. Good thing they are made of light gold metallic leather, enhancing rather than detracting from the outfit.
They are strapped to the ankles with thick buckled straps and are finished with open pointed toes and around 4-inch heels.

Complementary Hair and Makeup
Emily Blunt kept her makeup subtle, complementing her outfit with warm tones. She accentuated her blue eyes with peach eyeshadow and thick mascara and finished the look with matte peach lipstick and blush.
I think Emily looks great in any hairstyle, but I particularly like her wavy look. It gives her extra celebrity power and enhances her beauty.

The Power of Monochrome Dressing
During the press tour for The Fall Guy, Ryan Gosling has been embracing the pastel monochromatic trend, and I’m totally digging it.
For the Los Angeles premiere, he wore a custom mint green Gucci suit tailored perfectly to his lean physique. Stylist Mark Avery kept Gosling’s look visually pleasing by pairing the suit with white leather oxford shoes and a gold Tag Heuer watch.

Emily Blunt’s Brown Co-ord Athleisure
On Thursday, Emily Blunt dressed down ahead of her appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show to discuss her new movie.
Remember when practically everyone wore athletic co-ord sets during the pandemic? Emily reminded me of that when she showed up at the studios wearing a casual brown co-ord.

Her athleisure outfit consisted of a cropped sweatshirt with a mock neck and matching sweatpants. She wore white sneakers to keep a laid-back look, but a glossy black Miu Miu purse and long, dangling earrings gave her an upscale touch.
Lending star power to the look, she shielded her eyes behind a pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses.
