The film is centered around a character named Rachel, played by Emily, who is entangled in a murder case but suffers bouts of blackouts from her alcoholism.
Emily attended the film’s New York premiere and talked about how she had to wear three different contact lenses to act out her character’s alcoholism.
She wore pinkish contact lenses for scenes where Rachel was buzzed, bloodshot contact lenses for scenes where she was hammered, and yellow contact lenses for scenes where she was hungover.
Blunt also said the contact lenses were “very uncomfortable” to wear, but she was willing to do it to make her performance as realistic as possible.

Emily walked the red carpet in a green Prada dress with thick blue piping at the bodice. The actress styled the dress with jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz and a pair of Christian Louboutin “Tropanita” studded sandals.

While the dress was lovely, we can’t say this was Emily’s best look. Something about the shade of green clashed horribly with her pale skin and strawberry-blonde locks. Or it could just be that horrid lipstick shade. Overall, this look was off.
