Joining her wealthy husband John Legend in a sheer Georges Hobeika Couture Spring 2020 gown, she later apologized to Beyoncé on Instagram for starring and being awkward.

“Changed for the night!!,” Chrissy began in the caption for one of her party looks, before adding, “@Beyonce if there is any, any way you’re reading this please just know I stare at you and don’t talk because I am truly so nervous to say something stupid but we love you and thank you so much!!! (Love to @hairinel and @novakaplan and @monicarostyle for late night glam!!)”

She completed her look with silver Giuseppe Zanotti Harmony sandals ($675 at Farfetch), a Heliopolis clutch bag, and lightning bolt double cluster diamond earrings and a diamond ring from Lorraine Schwartz.

On Twitter, Chrissy Teigen attacked Jon Miller, a BlazeTV host, who criticized the manner in which “Parasite” director Bong Joon Ho accepted the Oscar for Best Picture. The critically acclaimed thriller Parasite nabbed the Best Picture title at the 2020 Oscars, making it the first non-English film to take home the top trophy.

“A man named Bong Joon Ho wins #Oscar for best original screenplay over Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and 1917. The acceptance speech was: ‘GREAT HONOR. THANK YOU.’ Then he proceeds to give the rest of his speech in Korean. These people are the destruction of America,” conservative TV host Jon Miller tweeted.

Fuming with anger, Chrissy was quick to respond. “What a dumb f*cking tool you are, your family is embarrassed. At gatherings they’re literally like ‘how’s Jon doing that little dumb fuck tool’ and everyone goes ‘yeah we don’t care he’s a f*cking dumb shit’ – come say hi if you’re out tonight.”

“Going as hard as your dick got watching joker,” Chrissy added. Her husband John Legend also chimed in. “Do they pay you for these dumb takes,” the 41-year-old singer tweeted. “Or is this something you do for fun.”
