Showing that she isn’t on-board with this summer’s hot pink trend, Jaime King showed up in all black to the 2019 MAGIC Convention in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
The 40-year-old actress wore an off-shoulder lace-hem maxi dress from the Self-Portrait Fall 2019 collection. On her feet were Christian Dior ‘Dior Baby-D’ ballet pumps with gold D-I-O-R letters on the Mary-Jane straps.

Jaime might’ve been dressed in all black but she managed to still evoke a summery feel.
Her technique? Aside from choosing a skin-baring style for her black maxi, she also accessorized with light blue marble hoop earrings.
She wore her blond bob in beachy waves and chose a bright and not too dark shade of red for her lipstick.

At first glance, nothing seems to go together in Jaime’s ensemble. However, knowing her slightly unconventional sense of style, she made the whole thing work.

Jaime demonstrated her penchant for unexpected styling at the premiere of the documentary film 5B back in June.
Wearing something few would dare put together, Jaime donned a maroon long-sleeved leather shirt with a maroon-and-green maxi skirt. She accessorized with a green snakeskin clutch and tan pointy-toe pumps.
Jaime’s look certainly isn’t to everyone’s tastes but we think she still pulled it off.
