It has been quite a while since we’ve seen Demi Lovato dress down in something casual.
But last Tuesday, the X-Factor judge and former Disney darling did just that while heading to a recording studio, reportedly to work on a song with the UK girl band The Saturdays.
Demi had on a simple sweater over dark skinnies and booties outfit and finished her look with flair by topping it with a textured scarf:

What do you think of Demi’s dressed-down style ladies? Do you like it, or is it a mess? She doesn’t look extra special, but somehow, the scarf pulled it all together, would you agree?
Demi carried a luxury Chanel 2.55 flap bag designed by Coco Chanel in February 1955 (hence the name 2.55).
The open knit and distressed texture of her neck warmer created depth and dimension into the outfit, giving it just the right amount of drama. We don’t have any information on Demi’s scarf yet, but if you love the texture, you can try this piece from Paula Bianco. It’s an infinity wrap with the same “distressed” look:
